Every time you sign in and place an online order, you'll earn points for every $1.00 you spend. The points you earn per $1.00 spent are based on the tier level you are in - the higher the tier, the more points you'll earn for your orders!

If you already have an online ordering account with us, just sign in to place your online orders to earn points! If you don't have an online ordering account with us, go to our online ordering menu from our website, click on the account icon (top right corner of menu) to create your account. After you create and verify your account, sign in to place your online orders to begin earning points!

Order online through our website and based on your tier level, you will earn that many points for every dollar you spend. These points are used to redeem rewards for online ordering. In order to receive your points, you must be signed in to your online ordering account. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points.
View your dashboard from our online ordering menu located on our website! When you're signed in to your online ordering account, you will be able to view your total points at the top of our online ordering menu next to the "promo box". Click on your points to access your Reward Dashboard.
Your Reward Dashboard will show your total points, points needed to redeem each reward, available rewards for you to claim, recent activity, tier status, tier benefits, and amount needed to get to the next tier level.
To claim your rewards you must first be signed into your online ordering account from our website's online ordering page. To claim, just click on your eligible reward and it will automatically be added to your order - no promo code needed!
Your eligible rewards will show at the top of our online menu (next to your points) so you can either claim right from there, your Rewards Dashboard, or within your cart by selecting it from the discount drop down.
Once you claim a reward and place your order, the points for that reward will be deducted from your order.
If you cancel your order, your reward + points deducted for reward will be added back to your account and points earned from the order will be removed.
Membership tiers are based on spend per calendar year. The more you spend within a year, the more benefits you earn! Every time you sign in and order online, your order total goes towards your total annual spend.
Within your Rewards Dashboard, located on our online ordering menu, you will be able to view your tier status to see your current tier, current benefits, current annual spend, how much more you need to spend to get to the next tier level, and the next tier level benefits. At the end of the year, your tier level will reset.
Each location is their own separate loyalty platform. You may use the same login across each location when ordering online, however your order amount will only go towards the total spend/year for the location you place the order for. Points earned for your order will only be earned for the location you placed an online order for and you may only redeem available rewards for the location that it is available for. If you order from more than one location, your points, rewards, total spend, and tier level will not be effected when ordering from a new location. Your points, rewards, activity, total spend/year, tier level, and loyalty dashboard are based on which online ordering menu you are logged into and order from.
Jan's Rewards Program is only valid for online orders placed through the Jan's website, jansvillagepizza.com. In order to receive your points and spend towards your tier when you order online, you must sign in either at the beginning of your online ordering process or at checkout. If you checkout as a guest/use express checkout, your order will not be eligible for earning points and your order spend will not goes towards your annual spend for tier levels.
